Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
* 225g unsalted butter, softened
* 200g granulated sugar
* 200g brown sugar
* 2 large eggs
* 10 ml of vanilla extract
* 350g all-purpose flour
* 5 g baking soda
* 5g salt
* 300g chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add it to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
5. Stir in chocolate chips.
6. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
8. Allow cookies to cool on a baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
