Chicken Stir-Fry Recipe

 Chicken Stir-Fry



Ingredients:


* 500 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced


* 2 tablespoons soy sauce


* 1 tablespoon oyster sauce


* 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce


* 1 tablespoon sesame oil


* 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil


* 1 onion, thinly sliced


* 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced


* 2 cloves garlic, minced


* 1 teaspoon grated ginger


* Cooked rice, for serving


Instructions:



1. In a bowl, marinate chicken slices in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hoisin sauce for 15 minutes.


2. Heat sesame oil and vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.


3. Add sliced onion and bell peppers, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.


4. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and stir-fry for another minute.


5. Push the vegetables to the side of the wok and add marinated chicken slices. Stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through.


6. Combine the chicken with the vegetables and cook for an additional minute.


7. Serve hot over cooked rice.

 Side Effects:

Can be high in sodium if excessive amounts of soy sauce or other sauces containing salt are used, and may contribute to weight gain if cooked with excessive amounts of oil.
