Mocha Smoothie
 

Ingredients:

1 cup of brewed coffee, cooled

1 cup milk (any kind: dairy, almond, oat, etc.)

1 banana

2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added nutrition)

Ice cubes

 

Instructions:



1. Brew Coffee: Brew a cup of coffee and let it cool. You can use regular or decaf, depending on your preference.

2. Prepare ingredients: In a blender, add the cooled coffee, milk, banana, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract.

3. Add Chia Seeds : If you want an extra boost of nutrition, add the chia seeds to the blender.

4. Blend: Add a handful of ice cubes and blend until smooth and creamy.

5. Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass. You can sprinkle a little cocoa powder or cinnamon on top for garnish if desired.

6. Enjoy: Drink immediately and enjoy your delicious, chocolatey morning boost!
